1st gen adapter no longer responding, as of 2/28/2017

My 1st Generation Automatic adapter no longer detected, despite being logged into the app on my iPhone6 ... last activity appears to end 2/28/2017. What do I do now? Must I upgrade to the Automatic Pro? Are you offering any upgrade path?

Hi Charles. Have you gone through the troubleshooting steps to get reconnected? Also, we sent an email towards the end of last year about Gen 1 adapters. I'm sorry if you missed that. You can read the post here
