All Trips showing "unknown"

all my ships for months have shown up "unknown" for all trip details.
Any chance anyone cares about this? (I've submited multiple tickets via the app)

Hi Julian,

We had to change map providers some time ago, and unfortunately, the switch affected the address information of locations outside of the US. International use of Automatic has always been unsupported—we've never guaranteed full functionality of our product in other countries. There are no plans to change that at this time.

Wow, this is ridiculous... Is Automatic as a company going down? Since when companies give a lower level of service when changing map providers?

Unfortunately it was a business decision, and again we have never supported usage outside of the US.

Also IFTT triggers do not work on entering/exiting area.

Hi Sebation,

Since address data isn't available outside of the US, the IFTTT triggers won't work either.
