Greetings Automatic Community! We’re excited to announce that the Automatic Community Champions Program will be launching very soon here. What exactly does this mean? Sometime over the next week, a select group of users will become Champs and have the profile badge to prove it. Champions are here to help their fellow community members and drum up informative and engaging conversation related to using Automatic, and for this reason, we’re grateful for their participation!

So what exactly is a Champion?

Champions are knowledgeable and engaged members of the community who promote positive communication among Automatic users and provide constructive feedback to Automatic employees. In addition to their supportive disposition and regular participation in discussions, Champs also help us to maintain our Community Guidelines and when needed lend a helping hand to fellow community members.

Champions will also be listed on our About Us page which you can check out here. For now, you’ll see the profiles of honorary Champs who are past Automatic employees. Early next week, however, we’ll formally introduce the new Customer Champs to everyone, so stay tuned for the unveiling!

Interested in becoming a Community Champ?

We’ll be on the lookout for more community members who distinguish themselves as good potential Champs. What are we looking for?

  • Active & frequent participation in this community
  • Knowledgeable about how Automatic works
  • Positive engagement with us and community members
  • Shares constructive feedback
  • Helps other Automatic community members by answering questions and helping to solve problems

But what do I get in addition to a special badge here in the community? We’re glad you asked! Among other things, Champs will get an Automatic t-shirt (and other fun swag down the road), a private communication channel with the Automatic Community Team, the chance to try out new features, opportunities to visit HQ if they’re in town, and our undying gratitude!
