Another year of not upgrading...

So I got the Automatic 2nd Gen two years ago for christmas from my wife. It was, and still is, a great present. Of all the cool features that are offered, the only two that I have found that I actually use are the alert that tells me when I drive over 80mph and the notification that tells me when my fuel is low. Both of these have saved me numerous times over the last two years. I was prepared to ask for the new Pro last christmas and was very surprised to see that both of those features are not supported with the new Pro. Now I'm checking back this Christmas and imagine my dismay to see that they still aren't supported. I guess I'll check back next Christmas. I do appreciate that the 2nd Gen is still supported. Something tells me that the servers supporting it are going to go down before I am able to buy an upgrade though.

The speeding is a real time webhook you can actually receive now. I believe it's over 70 MPH, not 80, but none the less, it gives you the speed, the time and the lat/lon of the event:

As for the fuel level, short of pinging the device constantly, you can get this data when the vehicle is turned off every time.
