I love my automatic, I actually have two. And I have a mac that for whatever reason isn't being nice about converting the csv file in either numbers, preview or excel. Do any other mac users have any tips? This issue is making a really simple task (especially with automatic, quite a pain) Thanks!

Hi Robert! Welcome to the community. Do you happen to use Safari when using the web dashboard export feature? If so, you'll need to manually add the .CSV file extension to the end of the data export file. This FAQ has a few more details.

Welcome to the community, Ron. Check out this FAQ for more info on the web dashboard's data export feature and how you can download a .CSV file of your driving data.
