This is a suggestion for a future update of the Automatic app:

Automatic collects and uses the GPS locations of its clients’ cars. Why not make that GPS information available to the user on the app once a car is parked? It might help the user summon services in the event of a breakdown, precisely record a hard-to-find location (e.g. trailhead) for future use in navigation equipment, or even for a purpose as frivolous as, "Meet me at ......." For those various applications, digital coordinates work best, as they can be directly entered into MapQuest's "Search" window, into smart phone map applications, or into most dedicated GPS equipment that provides driving directions.

A car’s GPS location should logically be part of an emergency alert if it isn't already.

Thanks for the idea regarding GPS coordinates, Richard. Although we do not prominently display GPS coordinates on the parking location map, you can definitely share your parking location with others. In the iOS app, tap on the blue car icon and then tap the smaller box with an arrow icon that appears. From here, you can send your location via a text message, email address, Facebook, etc. You'll notice that when you share your location, it will be in the form of a Google Maps URL, but at the end of the URL, you can see the actual GPS coordinates.

Your vehicle's location plays an important part in the Crash Alert feature. Please see the "Important Limitations" section on this page

Excellent.  The digital GPS coordinates are right there in the text message without having to send the message.  Thanks.
