Hello, I was able to successfully change my password via the "Forgot my password" option on my Android device. However, after changing my password I was surprised to learn that my other devices were not prompted for a new password. How do I get these other applications to be prompted for a new password rather than just "grandfathering" them in w/an old token?

Hi. I checked in with one of our server engineers and was told if you're referring to Automatic apps (mobile & Web Dashboard), this is by-design and currently, there's no way to "logout all my sessions" the way you can with Gmail, for example. We can do this for you in the backend however.
However, if you want to revoke authorization to third-party apps, you may do so using the dashboard: https://dashboard.automatic.com/#/connected-apps.
