The Concur integration will not work for companies that have multiple mileage rates set. This is a limitation on the Concur API: they do not have a way to accept mileage items for companies with multiple expense rates.
The integration will not work for companies that don't use Concur Expense. Our integration will not work if you only use Concur Travel.
Each Automatic account can only be tied to a single Concur Expense account. If you have more than one Concur Expense accounts, you’ll have to pick which one to connect to any single Automatic account. NOTE: You can, however, tie multiple Automatic accounts to a single Concur account.
If you enter multiple expenses in a row, you may receive an error. While Automatic and Concur are communicating, there’s a slight delay. If you receive an error, simply press the expense button again.
