Automatic App Logs Out Frequently

Within the past 2 months, at least once a week the Automatic app will not connect, I open the app, and it asks me to log into my account. I have Gen 2 adapter on iPhone X. Any help and advice is greatly appreciated, thank you for your time.

I have the same problem, just emailed about it; super frustrating as today it wouldn’t even let me log in (was spinning on “Loading Trips”). Very hopeful this is addressed soon, it should be every 30 days or something, and only if you have closed the app and not used it for 30 days, if you are regularly using the app and the device is connecting it should keep you logged in.

I'm also stuck on "Loading Trips". iPhone SE, iOS 11.2.1. The logouts have been just as storyid described.

(My original installation was on an iPhone 5, which is rarely turned on.
I did turn that phone on in the last 4-6 weeks.
I wonder if having Automatic on a second device is a factor?
I will log out of the Automatic app, and then remove the app and Bluetooth connection next time I'm home.)
