It happens all the time, except this time is much worse, and protracted. The PR department will lead you to believe it was the cell network signal issue. Not updating for so many trips to so many different regions for so long is a clear indication of Automatic internal problem. Some of the trips had never shown up even after it supposedly reconnected. This does not sit well with current users. Certainly not encouraging for the potential new buyers. Get your act together, Automatic!
