I have been working with Automatic support since mid July and cannot get my automatic pro adapter to sync with your server. It was working them I took it out for a few weeks and when I put it back in the car it hasn't worked since. I have rerun the setup, reset the network settings on my phone and tried everything the support team has asked. Now no one in support is responding to my emails. I spent $129 for this adapter in April and I would like something to help me get it working , exchange it or refund my money.
