I've was having a problem with my Automatic Pro that I still seem to be having with my Automatic G2 (same car). I am looking for suggestions on problem solving. 1998 Subaru Legacy L. The problem was my iPhone 6 losing Bluetooth connections. I would only notice this while driving, but pretty much the only time I use Bluetooth. Continued with the Automatic Pro, but I got some useful information today. My son drove the car while I was at work and it showed him parking the car and then resuming the drive immediately. I know this didn't happen, that he drove straight to the dentist. So I am wondering if their might be a power issue from the car to the Automatic Pro, that I might have a dirty connection or bad wire. I can rule out Bluetooth issues since I the Automatic Pro sent the driving information to the cloud instead of directly to my iPhone. I would like to resolve this issue so I can one again use OBD Fusion when I'm driving without losing the connection.

Hi Paul,

Please email help@automatic.com for assistance with this. Tech Support will have some questions that we don't want you to answer in a public forum.
