I've reset my Automatic password and still can't get the Alexa app to recognize my email/password when I try to enable the Automatic skill within the Alexa app on my phone. Looks like other folks have the same problem according to the reviews of the Automatic app.
Hi Rick. We just went through the process on our end and were not able to replicate this issue. Please make sure there's no extra space after your username or password - particularly if you're pasting it in. We've seen this trip people up with login issues.
I also found the following suggestion from another customer: "...there can be no extra spaces in the log in. For example, my username looked 100% correct but I clicked on the end and found there was a space at the end, invisible to my eye...removing it worked. After that I could not connect with Amazon's Alexa. I found out that if your phone will not connect with it, then you (on your computer) have to go to the webpage "alexa.amazon.com", log in there and it will connect. "
