I received a Generation 1 Automatic Light device for a birthday gift about a year ago. I recently set it up for the first time, and it has tracked 25 trips from someone other than me and does not record any of my trips. I need it replaced.

Hi Mike. Just to clarify here - Gen 1 and Automatic Lite are two different products. You have a Gen 1. Because you plugged the adapter in and drove with it for quite some time without completing Setup, the trips you're seeing are your previous trips that were stored on the adapter and loaded into your app once you completed setup and the adapter recognized that it was in the same car. I know Tech Support is helping you now and has given you more detail about this. Also, here's a relevant FAQ.
