Hi Amy! I'm an old guy who has a smart phone that's smarter than me. LOL. I fear that Ill screw up and not figure out how to communicate with you like this. Can I call you if I get in trouble? Do you hsve a telephone number for us old non smartphone savvy people to call for help?
Unfortunately, we don't have phones at our desks. We're a small Customer Care team and as such, we're not able to offer phone support as that requires far more resources so that folks aren't sitting on hold for long periods of time. Here's our FAQ about that.
You can always post here in the community or you can email email@example.com. We're available Monday - Friday, from about 9am-5pm PST and get to incoming requests in the order in which they came in. When we're not too swamped, we can usually get back in touch with the customer the same day and sometimes within minutes or no more than a couple hours, though if their need it particularly technical, it can take a little longer as those issues take longer to respond to and solve so getting through that queue of inquiries is slower. We're usually a bit slower to respond to email at the beginning of the week than later in the week due to the backlog that's come in over the weekend.
