Using License+ and can't add a coach from my phone's contacts list

My daughter has gone through the set up process. The device is paired with her phone but when she tries to invite me (her dad) as a coach (it takes her to her contact list or address book) but it won't let her choose or highlight me so she can't finish the process.. Ideas?

Hi Robert! Welcome to the community. It looks like you also submitted a ticket via email about this issue, and you're all set :)

For others who may run into this problem with License+, the app only allows you to select from contacts that have email addresses associated with them, so be sure to ask your son/daughter if your email address (the Coach) is included in the contact on his/her phone.

Can some one please help me?  I tried support already and they basically gave me the install steps. (already understand those).  My son put the app (Classic) on his phone and installed the device in the car.  That is all great and we get good data.  The only thing is-- never got to a step that ASKED him to pick a coach as part of install.  Also, our coach is in his phone contact list.  Right now, we check his driving,by logging into a desk top as HIM
No real time data.  How do we get a coach invite generated at this point?
