Still not able to do this within app, and it is June 26, 2017. Any help with this? I have three vehicles and they all default to me (account owner) as the primary driver for all on the crash alerts. Additional contacts CAN be changed.
Thanks

Hi Richard - Do you mean that you want to change the Primary Driver in Crash Alert? If so, you can edit this in the Crash Alert settings by tapping Glovebox >> Crash Alert>>EDIT (in the Primary Driver section). And do this for each car. Please be sure you're on the most recent app. This capability was made easier in an app update a while back.

Here are a few other FAQs about multiple drivers & multiple cars that might be helpful:

Hi, how do I find my current version> My apps should update automatically, but the version I am running will not let me change driver when I hit Edit...only phone number. Says I have the latest update installed on June 17, 2017.
thanks

Oh, I see. Yes, that's correct, the "Primary Driver" name is pulled from the account name and there can only be one account. However, it's the phone number that can be changed per vehicle. The only thing this is used for is that that number is the first one that's called by our monitoring center if Crash Alert is triggered. So for each of the cars on your shared account, the name will be the same but you can edit the phone number (which is the piece of information here that truly matters) to match the actual car driver's number.

I'll mention this to the product team, though.
