Does Automatic ever respond to support queries, or do I just need to return it?

Does Automatic ever respond to support queries, or do I just need to return it to Best Buy? I love the product, but am very disappointed w/ lack of response to my prior query or ability to call for h

I'd like to move my other Automatic Pro to my current account.

Hi Chris,

We don't provide phone support, which is why there isn't a number to call. That said, we strive to answer all tickets within 24 hours when we are open, which is M-F 9-5 PST. I don't see that you have contacted the help desk directly and I don't see any other posting in the Community from you, so I don't know which other query you're referring to. I am going to export this to the help desk so they can assist you, they may need some personal information that we don't want you to share in the Community.
