Dropping connection to OBD Fusion....

I have three Automatic Pro Golds and a Gen2. I also have OBD Fusion. I am using an iPhone 7+ with the most recent OS10.
I manually connected on each of my units once, and set up autoconnect. It seems ok on most of the cars, but one of them keeps dropping the connection. I went into my iPhone bluetooth settings, and I can see that the iPhone<->Automatic is dropping the connection, so I don't think it is related to the OBD Fusion.
For some reason, my Automatic Pro Gold itself on this car is just dropping the connection to the iPhone. Is there a way for customer support to see some error log somewhere to know why this is happening? Maybe this one adaptor is defective? I wrote the support email also, but I am trying to get an answer as soon as possible.
