We're thrilled that so many people are excited about Automatic Pro! However, due to unexpected and overwhelming demand, we're currently out of stock at our shipping warehouse. More units are arriving soon but there's a back-order on shipping right now.

We should be able to start shipping out later this week to the oldest unfulfilled orders and we're working on getting estimates for which orders will be included in that and when the remaining orders will ship. Please rest assured that all valid orders will be shipped.

We'll update this FAQ as we have new information. Please note that the Customer Care team won't be able to give you any additional information as everything they know will be shared in that FAQ. Additionally, they are not able to do anything about expediting your order.
