Farewell and thanks!

Hello Automatic Community,

It’s with mixed emotions that I announce my last day here at Automatic. Over the past 16 months, I’ve interacted with hundreds of you here in the community and on social media, and it’s been quite the ride (car pun intended ;)

One of the greatest perks of being a Community Manager is that you truly get to know the customers who use your company’s product, and I wanted to say thanks to all of our community members for the experience. Since I started working here, we’ve launched a multitude of new features & functionalities, the License+ program, the web dashboard, and more recently, the 2nd generation adapter. It’s been a pleasure to work on all of these projects, and it’s worth noting that these milestones wouldn’t exist without all of
your feedback, bug reports, and comments posted right here in the community.

Although my time in the community has come to an end, you’re still in good hands with the amazing Customer Care Team here at Automatic. Going forward, you can expect to see some familiar Automatic folks posting here more frequently in addition to some fresh faces. Stay tuned :)
