Is there a way for Automatic to provide a location to IFTTT so a message can be sent to someone or an event be triggered based on geofence action (entering a zone, or leaving a zone) ?

Use case could be parent monitoring young adults / new drivers, by seeing when the car leaves the house, or comes back to the house. Or commercial application, notify customer when arriving on site.

Hi El Barouf,

Thanks for your question! The IFTTT triggers that include location are 'ignition on in area' and 'ignition off in area'.  In theory, the car owner could set up a trigger for when a trip starts at home or ends at home. There's actually a recipe similar to what you're describing, which you can find here. Here is a more complete list of the IFTTT triggers available today, and you're always welcome to make your own. :)
