I had a hard break when my car was at the auto repair shop. Why should I get a lower score for that?

Hi there, anu! The algorithm which determines a hard acceleration or brake is set by Liberty Mutual and determined by the velocity of your car. For further explanation or any data modifications/removals that you might feel are necessary, you will need to contact your Liberty agent.

I dont think you read my question. The question was why should i get hard breaks when its with a valet or being tested at an auto repair shop. For instance if they are checking a squeak in my breaks. Shouldn't there be a way to turn off tracking for a couple hours.

Hi again, anu. I understand your question, but as mentioned, you'll need to contact your Liberty agent about any modifications or removal of data due to a potentially false hard brake or acceleration. Someone from our support team will also follow up with you via email ASAP. Thanks!
