How do I revert back to Gen 2 from Pro on the same car?

I found a bug. I moved my adapters around and discovered that once you go Pro, you cannot revert to a Gen 2. It hangs after reading the VIN and says it cannot decode the VIN. If you create a brand new account, it works fine. Once a vehicle is registered with a Pro, even deleting the vehicle or manual entry of the VIN won't allow it to be registered in the Classic App with a Gen 2.

Hi Elch. That's correct. If you want to set up a different adapter with the same account on a car that was already set up with Pro, Tech Support has to sever the relationship between that account/adapter/car combo. If you'd like them to do that, please email help@automatic.com from the email address associated with your original account.
