To change the email address associated with your Automatic account, please email us at support@automatic.com. At this time, we do not offer an account management system on our website, but our support team will happily make the change for you.

To change your password...

In the Pro app:
1. Log out of your account and then attempt to log back in
2. When you get to the "Enter the account password" screen, tap "RESET PASSWORD"
3. Once you enter your email address on the next screen, you'll receive an email with further instructions. Please note that passwords require a minimum of 8 characters.

In the original app:
1. Log out of your account and then tap on the "Log In" button.
2. On the Android app, please click the "Forgot Password" link. On the iOS app, please click on the "?" within the password field.
3. Once you enter your email address on the next screen, you'll receive an email with further instructions. Please note that passwords require a minimum of 8 characters.

You can also reset your password from your computer by visiting this page directly.
