In the original app on Gen 1 and Gen 2 adpaters, please use the “Report a Problem” button found near the bottom of the Settings menu:
Please note that reporting a problem via the app won't necessarily result in a response from the Customer Care team. However, all the reports are analyzed and used to help us identify bugs. If you need help from someone directly please post here in the community or send us an email. For technical support, please email email@example.com and for general account questions or concerns, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
The Pro app includes the ability to email our Customer Care team throughout the app.
