I can’t get Automatic Lite to sync. What should I do?

Make sure your phone’s Bluetooth is on, your car’s engine is on, and that the app is open.

If you’ve switched phones, run setup again. You do this by selecting “ADD A VEHICLE” from the main menu.

If it still won’t sync, please email help@automatic.com so Tech Support can take a look at your account.

Trips that have not synced yet will be stored on the adapter and will appear in the app the next time you sync. See this FAQ for more about stored trip data.
