If the purchaser ordered it directly from our online store, they will have to email email@example.com and request a return. We can only process a refund to the credit card used to place the original order and do not offer gift receipts. All returns must fall under our return policy, which can be found here.
If the original purchaser bought it somewhere else, you’ll have to refer to the retailer’s return policy. We cannot accept returns for purchases that were not made directly from our store.
