IFTTT integration with 1 Automatic account and 2 cars (each with their own Automatic Pro)

Hi there! First time poster here. I've been using Automatic Pro (one in each of my two cars) for close to a year now. Obviously, I have one account on my iOS app with which I monitor both cars.

I recently started toying with integrating Automatic to IFTTT (which in turn is connected to my SmartThings home automation account). The use-case being if my car gets close to home, I can trigger various routines in SmartThings. One of the specific scenarios is, Car A gets home-->Garage Door A opens. Car B gets home-->Garage Door B opens.

However, the IFTTT recipe doesn't specify which car I want to set off the routine. Is there a way to do this?

Hi ygnacio,

IFTTT applets for Pro are user-centric rather than car-centric. They'll fire identically for all vehicles/devices set up on user's account. In other words: there's no way to fire one recipe when Car A goes ignition on and a different recipe when Car B goes ignition on. We'll look into building this out more in the future.

I have the same compliant / issue as ygnacio. I want to be able to trigger different events for each of my 3 cars. Most other IFTTT recipes are device-specific. It would be great if Automatic Pro was as well. Please consider adding this functionality soon.
