My automatic classic no longer detects my location, nor activates my applets associated with it. Error notifications says "Trigger failure message, There was a problem with the Automatic Classic service" This used to work turning on my Hue lights when I got home. I have tried deleting automoatic from my car and from IFTTT and re-adding to no avail. Please help!

Hi Christopher,

Sorry for the difficulties. I am going to export this ticket to Tech Support so they can take a look at what's going on. Be on the lookout for an email from help@automatic.com.

I have been having a similar issue since mid August. Does anyone know if it can be fixed or if this functionality is no longer supported on Gen 2...?

Can anyone confirm whether or not this feature is still supported? I don’t want to spend any more time troubleshooting my set up if ‘ignition turns off within geofence” is no longer a supported IFTTT trigger.

That hasn’t worked in a long time. I doubt it’s still supported
