Make sure you’re entering the 6-character code from the back of the adapter.
If you own a 1st generation Automatic adapter, the PIN will only be comprised of numbers.
If you own a 2nd generation Automatic adapter or Automatic Pro adapter, the PIN on your adapter will be alphanumeric (letters and numbers).
In some very rare cases, there can be a manufacturing error where the PIN is printed wrong. If you keep getting an "Invalid PIN" message, please email email@example.com with the PIN found on the back of your adapter so we can give you a valid PIN.
