I had connectivity issues with ios 9.3. So, I am a bit paranoid whenever a new ios is out. I wanted to check if it's "safe" to upgrade to ios 10. Have users reported any issues with the latest ios?

Hi, Adrian-

There are some folks who were testing with iOS 10 Beta and had reported issues as seen in this conversation. However, we've been doing internal testing for quite some time and neither our iOS engineers or QA team have run into issues. We're keeping a close eye on it, though!
I have iOS 10 and it seems to be working fine
Thanks Amy and Charles!

I know everyone will have different situation but this seems to be moving to the right direction. Please keep your feedback coming. The more sample the better.
Upgraded to iOS 10 on an iPhone 6s. No noted issues on the drive to work this morning.

I upgraded to iOS 10.0.1 and my phone no longer connects to my Automatic. Just upgraded to iOS 10.0.2 and will try again this evening.

Hi, Stephen. One of the companies that hosts our servers had an outage last night which has caused a delay in trip processing. That could be what you're experiencing. Trips should start loading in soon. Please give it the weekend and ensure the app is open when you drive. If trips still aren't showing up, let us know and tech support can take a look at your logs to see if something else is going on. You can also try unplugging and replugging the adapter to make sure it's firmly seated in the port.

Hi Amy,

Automatic has not connected to my phone since the day I upgraded to iOS 10 (Wednesday). I'm getting the "this accessory is not compatible with this device" message. I'm going to try the set up again. I saw something about that in a different post.

Oh yeah, for Gen 2, if you see that error, go through Setup by selecting "Replace / reconnect adapter" on the Settings screen. That should take care of it. The team is working on a fix to get rid of that error.

The first thing I noticed when my iPhone updated to iOS 10 was that my Automatic app was ALWAYS at the bottom of the screen when I double clicked to swipe-up/close other apps. It wasn't a full window, just a little semi-opaque bar at the bottom of the screen that said "good morning". ???

Hi, jtomalley. Can you please clarify your issue? We're not understanding what you're describing. A screenshot would be particularly helpful. Thanks!

Apparently it was a glitch. I uninstalled and then re-installed the app and made sure I unchecked "background app refresh" (which for some reason defaulted back to everything ON when ios 10 update was done) and the little semi-opaque box at the bottom went away.

Hi, chris. Tech Support took a look at your account and said that your adapter has just been uploading stored data from a time recently when it wasn't connected. After a few more trips, it should catch up and all your trips will load in.
