Is there a way to see the speed in which you were going on your route

The way I know of to do this is to download OBD Fusion on your phone and after Automatic connects at the beginning of a trip, open the OBD app and make sure it's connected. At the end of a trip you can see all kinds of maps and even export the trip data (log of speed, gps, etc.) that records and entry every 20 seconds.

Thanks for that info, but I probably can't go back in time and get that info huh? 

I got into an accident and I'm trying to prove I was not speeding.

Unfortunately I don't think you can get that from OBDF. :(

Your situation is why I started using OBDF. I'm sorry you have to deal with it :(
