Hi there,

Back on Tuesday the 26th, I had an incident while I was driving, I hit a speed bump that was unmarked, and I broke the front axle of my car. Is there a way to tell how fast I was going when it happened? I know exactly where it was, I'd love to get an approximate speed reading from that portion of my travel.

Your vehicle would not be reporting speed over the OBD link, so unless Waypoint data and time at said waypoints is kept, likely not.  IF it is kept, you can calculate a 'pretty close' velocity value for your vehicle.

OUCH, by the way.  That is a major bummer.

Sorry to hear about your car, Tom :( A speed log isn't a current functionality of Automatic, and it's not something we're planning to develop. If you'd like to read more about this, be sure to check out this related topic.
