Kia myUVO compatible

I have to unplug the automatic pro adapter to be able to sync info from my 2018 Kia Optima ex to the myUVO app/website. It says to disconnect diagnostic cable and restart car before it will sync to myUVO. It works then but doesn’t have all the stats that automatic does. Do I have to choose one or the other? Love automatic stats but curious what myUVO offers. Any ideas?

Unfortunately aftermarket devices that plug into the OBD II port such as ours can interfere with services like myUVO. The only workaround is the one you discovered; unplugging the adapter and then restarting the car.
