License+ log in issues!!!

i have created an account with the Automatic app and the plug in adapter installed and that is all working however I downloaded the license+ app and it will not allow me to log in. I have deleted and redownloaded the app several times and restarted my phone. We really need to get this working I’d appreciate the help!!

Having the same problem here. Tried logging into License+ with my daughter's (and my own) Automatic account and just getting "Error logging in. Request failed: forbidden (403.)".


Problems with Automatic's servers tonight?

Heard back from Violet with customer support. They are apparently working on a fix and expect it to go out before the end of this week.

v1.4 of License+ release today resolved the issue.
