I ordered another automatic for my RV and discovered it isn't on the official support list. I spoke with someone that has a similar RV and they had the same issue I am having when trying to activate it. Automatic support manually added his vin and it works great for him. I realize that all the features may not work, but that is ok for me. I just need basic tracking. Can I do the same and get my VIN manually added? My VIN is 5B4MPA76153411344
