MPG Suddenly incorrect

I have had Automatic on my Q5 for almost 4 years and it's worked great. About a month ago I added a new Pro my wife's S4 and other than having two different apps everything has been fine until now. We just took a long road trip in the Q5 and I wanted to see the MPG. Ever since a few days after I added the S4 my Q5 MPG shows 18.1 for every single trip. Clearly this is wrong. The S4 is showing what I would consider the correct MPG for that vehicle.

Is this related to adding the Pro to the account or something else, has anyone seen this before? All other aspects of the data from the Q5 look right.

Hi John, welcome to the Community! If you're using two different apps then the change in MPG wouldn't be because of the Pro adapter or account. I am going to export this to Tech Support so they can take a look at what's going on.

I’m having a similar problem. It all started about two months ago. The MPG Automatic is reporting is about 5-8 miles less per gallon than my car is reporting in its trip computer. At first I was concerned I had an issue with my car, but then did a calculation by hand when I filled the tank and it matched the cars trip computer. I have a 2012 Mazda3 that gets about 38-40MPG on highway trips. Now, according to Automatic, I’m only getting about 33MPG. I make the same 110 mile trip once a week, and my mileage has been consistent for the past two years. Any clues why this would have changed suddenly?
