My coach still hasn't gotten an email

I added my coach (parent), but after resending invite multiple times, they still have not received an email. What is going on? Also, I can't toggle "check in" to ON...don't understand.

same problem. My son has selected "resend invitation" at least 20 times. Please post solution.
