My dashboard does not reflect the trips that are show in the app. How do I sync

When I go to the dashboard and try to create a mileage report for my business trips it shows 7 trips for all of 2017. When I look at the app all the data is there. I am also only showing trip data for March 2018. How do I force a sync?
