New coach email

My dad is my "coach" for license plus, but he is also my sisters coach. It will not let him accept my request since he has already accepted my sisters. I need to change my coaches email to a new one, but I can not figure out how to do this. Please help!

Hey Brooke,

Thanks for reaching out and welcome to the Automatic Community!

In order for you to change your coach, you will need to go to the Settings panel inside License+ and scroll to the bottom and select Restart/End License+. After doing so, you will need to go through setting up your account again and choosing a new coach.

However, please know that by doing so, you will be starting over the L+ program. If you've already made progress in L+ and don't wish to start over, please email into support@automatic.com and provide the email you'd like to have it changed to.

I have the same problem, but my e-mail is listed in my son's contact list. My e-mail also shows up as the coach in the settings screen with a note indicating that my acceptance is pending. I've tried the "resend e-mail" button several times but I do not get an e-mail.
