No Data In Dashboard

I get emails about my trip summary yet no trip or driving data appears on the dashboard when I log in.

Hi Floyd. Any chance you have two accounts? Usually, when someone runs into this, that's the reason. Please check the email address that the summary was sent to and be sure you're using that email address to log into the Web Dashboard. If you're sure it's the same, let me know and I'll have to have Tech Support look into this for you.
