This past weekend, I setup a new Automatic Pro in my son's car. Everything is working great and it appears to be functioning fine. However, I am unable to get Automatic to recognize the OBD Fusion app. I followed the iOS setup instructions to the letter but nothing works.

FWIW, this is a brand new, stock 2017 Honda Fit EX. Any help is much appreciated.

Hi Kelly. Is this related to your other topic here asking if OBD Fusion can be viewed remotely? If so, for OBDFusion to work, the phone must be in the car as OBDFusion is a 3rd party app and can only connect to our adapter via Bluetooth.

If that's not the issue and you mean that it's not working even when the phone that has been setup with the adapter & OBDFusion is in the car during a drive, let me know. I'll need to ask Tech Support to help you out in that case.
