Order status page?

Do you have a check order status section on the website? I couldn't find it if you do. Looking to see if 45264 has shipped yet...

Hi Cody,

We don't but you can always email orders@automatic.com and Customer Care will look into it for you. I just checked on it for you, though, and it looks like it was shipped about an hour ago and you should've received a shipping confirmation email with a link to the tracking info. It may take a day for the tracking info to populate, though. I hope this helps!

Hi Apollo. Sorry about that. We don't require account creation for purchase which is why you can't look up your order. We use a third party software for our shopping cart and it's not attached to our user account database.

I did find your order, though, and see that you ordered Automatic Lite which isn't shipping yet. As the site indicates, it's shipping in 1-2 weeks. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking number once it ships.

Ah, thanks.  The confirmation email I got said "Your Automatic will ship out in 2-3 days."

The good news is that we're starting to ship Lite orders today!

Razor charger two weeks ago still haven't received yet cannot find anywhere on website where it has been to check my order

Hi Kathy. Can you please clarify? We don't sell razors or razor chargers. We sell the Automatic connected car adapter. Perhaps I'm misunderstanding your post?
