Parking Lot car finder display needed.

I need an optional way to find my car when parted in a big lot. The Google and Apple map walking directions are fine when parked some distance away but not when I forget exactly where I parked in a big lot. A simple arrow and distance is all I need - something like Ofijo's "Where's My Car? - GPS Locator.

Hi Mark. Have you tried just tapping the map in our app to get it in full-screen mode? It shows the car's location with a "P" in a circle and then you can zoom in and out. I believe this is what you're asking for?

Thank you very much for the response.
I tried it and did find this method to be somewhat useful.
While it accurately shows an overhead view of the location of the car and phone on a map, it doesn't indicate a direction to walk - unless the phone can somehow be oriented to match the map.  Nor does it show an actual distance from the phone to the car.
(The app I originally mentioned would be ideal - if only it could automatically pick-up the car's location from your device when the car was turned off)

Ah, ok. Yeah, we rely on Google or Apple Maps to give the walking directions. So it sounds like your request is that we integrate some kind of walking directions API into our own app so that it happens in-app rather than loading Google or Apple Maps?

Yes, that would be a nice challenge for someone and improve the product.
However I have just discovered that, if I set the Google map app to 'Satellite' view, if makes orienting my phone to the map much easier because I can orient to landmarks rather than streets that are often some distance away from parking lots.
Love the product anyway.
