Password Reset

I put the app on another phone for monitoring of a company vehicle but the login and password I have are not allowing me access. I pressed the reset password a couple of days ago and it never showed up in my email or junk box so now what. I need this reset and ASAP for a company vehicle. This website is not helpful when there are issues. Where is the customer support or trouble shooting. I like it until I have problems and it's not functioning as it should be so now where is help?!?!
