For password resets and forgotten password I would suggest using the option of text to phone number on file. I have added my daughter to the device in the car she has and paired it so I can see it on my laptop and she can track on her cell. I made a mistake when setting her up and the email must have a typo because I can't recover the password for the web site log on. I don't know how I am suppose to reset the account info short of wiping the account and starting over from scratch, if I don't know what the App is recognizing as the correct email. So it would seem to make sense that there should be a reset option utilizing the phone number of the phone attached to the device. Especially sense it seems that Automatic actually pulls the number from the phone without any input from the user. It would make sense to set the phone number on the cell as a option for password resets. Automatic could then send a text with a question that only the user could answer to verify and then reset the password on he account.
