Open question to all the users. What is your percent discount and how far into the program? I'm beginninh to wonder if this game is rigged. I dont think 30% is actually possible unless you drive under 20mph to church on sunday.

Hi anu! I just followed up on your other post, but as mentioned, you'll need to contact your Liberty agent for further explanation as to how the RightTrack program works.

I hope this helps, and let us know if you have any other questions about using Automatic that aren't related to your RightTrack policy.

You can talk to Liberty Mutual all you want but they have told me all three times they don't know. I'm using their Right Track. It's insulting. Since I've starting driving like a little old lad lady, which I am not, my hard braking has slowed. Of course I get a lot of dirty looks and flipped off twice. What can I say other than "sorry, driving for discount". Could somebody, anybody, tell me how u can go from 17 mph to 11 mph in less than a second. It sucks. I've been told I need to drive more miles, I need to pump my brakes (with ABS), really?

Hi Sheila - We don't control how Liberty Mutual applies the discount. The algorithm for the drive scoring is set by them as well. I'm actually going to archive this thread as it's quite old and we don't support the Right Track program here in our public community. You can reach out to Liberty Mutual directly, or you can email our Customer Care agents who specialize in supporting the RightTrack program -

11, 17, and 22% after about 2 weeks.  Night driving once for 30 minutes hurt as dis "hard breaking" which clearly didn't happen in all reported cases.  It also looks like if you just start and idle the car without moving, it records it as several miles!

Hi Rob! It looks like our support team has been in contact with you via email, and the device your using with RightTrack is not an Automatic adapter.
