Phone or chat support on installation/setup would be very helpful

I can't install my device and I'm still waiting for an email reply to my question. Would really appreciate real-time phone or chat support

Hi there, Ken. Thanks for the idea surrounding phone and chat support. We handle all of our customer support in-house, but we don't yet have the resources to offer phone support. We are planning to introduce some form of chat support in the near future though!
