Pro stopped syncing - but still beeps if I unplug and replug. Is it dead?

Pro stopped syncing 10days ago. It still beeps if I unplug and plug it back in but otherwise appears dead. Glovebox -Pro Adapter shows “Server Disconnected” Thoughts?

Hi Joe,

Can you please try running Setup again? With the adapter unplugged and the vehicle turned off, open the Automatic app and go to the Main Menu. Tap on Add a Vehicle and follow the in-app instructions from there. If that doesn't solve the problem please email help@automatic.com for further assistance.
